Established to fulfil the growing need of quality housing within the private rented sector, we identify and acquire desirable housing throughout the county to fulfil the continuously increasing number of people looking to rent quality accommodation.

We are proud to have a successfully launched and proven our strategy which capitalises on expertly selected property across the UK. Understanding the allure of a growth-focused investment strategy was pivotal to our success of Portfolio 1.

In 2023 we purchased over £10m of property. We believe that everything should be tried and tested before embarking on our next project.

Portfolio II is the latest portfolio from Thompson & Dean, set to establish itself as one of the largest privately owned property portfolios in the country, adding a further 2,000 units of quality accommodation available for private rent.
